There are two treadmills, 2 exercise bikes, several weights machines, a pilates ball and a television in this facility.

Business Center

Make copies, send and receive faxes and pick up packages from the extremely convenient business center located in the lobby.

Roof-top Decks

Enjoy a perfect summer evening grilling on the rooftop decks. You'll be treated with spectacular views of the mountains and Puget Sound as you end the day watching a glorious sunset. You will also enjoy great views of the 4th of July fireworks up close.

Community Room

The building boasts a large Camp'a'nile Room that can be reserved in advance for get togethers. A flat-screen television, fully functional kitchen, comfortable leather couches and an easily accessible bathroom are yours to use when entertaining.

Car and Bike Parking

We have a permit to park one car in the covered, secure garage downstairs. There is also secure storage for bikes in the garage.

Guest Suites

There are 2 guest suites on the premises that can be reserved when you have friends and family in town. The current charge per night is $75 a room. These are fully furnished units that are comfortable and extremely convenient.

Security and Maintenance

Paul Amador, the onsite building manager oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the complex. He also signs for and accepts deliveries on behalf of tenants.

We also have additional night-time security on weekends.
